Have been dealing with Fireplace Experts for about 10 years. Excellent clean prompt service. This time they came to repair 2 fireplaces. One is very old and required a new remote control and we found out a new sensor as well. They saved me having to purchase a new fireplace. The second fireplace is only 2 years old and wasn't starting as it should. They quickly discovered the problem and resolved the issue very professionally. All around excellent and highly recommended.

Collin was fantastic- punctual, efficient, informative, talented. I have been facing constant issues with my fireplace. Collin was the first person to explain why and more importantly he has fixed the problem!

The technician shows up on time. Very professional and knowledgable. Luckily, we had a small problem. After fixing the problem, the technician spent a bit of time to clean up the unit. He also gave us operating tips. Very helpful. Highly recommended.
